From the first scan to your definitive smile

A transparent process from start to finish. Every stage is executed in-house by our specialized team, adhering to the absolute highest level of clinical standards. Patients track and approve every step before advancing—ensuring zero surprises and no compromises on quality.

Step 01 | DIAGNOSTICS

Full digital capture of the patient’s oral anatomy using ultra-precise intraoral scanners. This completely eliminates uncomfortable traditional physical molds while providing instant clinical data.

Step 02 | PLANNING

Our lab technicians digitally craft the restoration using industry-leading software like Exocad or 3Shape, optimizing occlusion, aesthetics, and structural function based on the precise clinical parameters set by the doctor.

Step 03 | VISUALIZATION

We produce a highly accurate resin prototype for the patient to physically see, feel, and approve the shape, size, and overall aesthetics of their new teeth before any definitive material is processed.

Step 04 | PRODUCTION

Upon final approval, the definitive restoration is milled from premium zirconia, ceramics, or the exact biocompatible material indicated for the case—operating under extreme precision tolerances below 25 $\mu$m.

Step 05 | FINISHING

Specialized high-temperature furnaces consolidate the materials to exact specifications. Hand-finished ceramic characterization by our master ceramists then adds microscopic textures, gradients, and natural light reflection indistinguishable from genuine enamel.
